What’s new

Auto reconcile if balanced is unchanged from last period

This release includes a new auto-reconciliation option: If balance is unchanged. When an account balance is imported, the system compares it to the prior period’s balance. If the balance remains the same , the system automatically assigns the selected status—Completed or Pending Approval.

Resolved issues

The following are the issues we resolved in this release:

Resolved Area Description
January Period Setup - Add New Period Name validation failed during the creation of new period in an empty tenant, blocking the creation of the period.
  Account Reconciliation

Deleting and recreating a user caused all notes and attachments associated with the user to become inaccessible.

  Close Management Home - Summary tab The Completed Late status did not function as expected when a task was assigned only to a preparer, with no approver.
  Period Setup - Accounts tab Deleting an account required refreshing the page before saving a new account.
  Audit Log During the auto reconcile process, the expected log entries for each task were not being recorded as System actions for either the preparer or the approver.
  Period Setup - Add New Period The Roll Forward From period was not updating correctly when the period was changed.
  Close Package

Close package was failing to generate when the To Do task list was too long.

  Workflow Approver due date could not be the same as the Preparer due date.
  Workflow Imported workflow AR and To Do tasks were displaying with dates that were one day earlier than the dates specified in the import file.
  Workflow Workflow bulk update was not functioning.
    When a dependent task became available after a predecessor task was submitted, the preparer was receiving blank email with no information about the status change of the task.
  Workflow Date validation was missing in the workflow for due dates.

Known issues

Area Description Workaround
Workflow Details When importing Workflow To Do and AR Tasks, the State and Target dates appear one day earlier than the dates specified in the file. Identify and filter the tasks with the same incorrect date and use the multi-select feature to select them all. Then, update their dates to match the correct values.
Close Management Home - Summary tab Values displayed for To Do % and in the # of completed field are not accurate. No workaround. An upcoming release will address the issue.
