What’s new

Transaction matching

This release introduces Transaction Matching, a new feature that streamlines the reconciliation process by comparing transactions from different data sources to identify and resolve discrepancies.

With Transaction Matching, users can load transactions from two sources — such as General Ledger (GL) balances and bank statements — and the system automatically performs reconciliation using Prophix One Intelligence, based on predefined matching rules.

• Administrators can configure accounts for transaction matching and define workflows to automate the process. For more information, see Set up transaction matching for an account.

• In cases where transactions are not automatically matched, users can manually reconcile them directly in the user interface (UI) or export the data to Excel for offline reconciliation and re-upload the updated file into the application.

  Note:  This release supports transaction imports in .CSV file format only.
